Loging in to your Distributor Account, Demonstration Video

Loging in to your Distributor Account, Walk Through


To enter the restricted area of the "Distributors" page you will need to have first established an account as a Distributor with Express Publishing. If you do not have an account, you may call Express Publishing on the following numbers for an account:

  • International: +44 1635 817 363
  • Within the United Kingdom: 01635 817 363

If you have a Distributors Account then in the "field" next to "Username" enter the user name that was given to you with your application, as shown below.


Then below in the “field” next to “Password” enter the password that was given to you with your application, as shown below.


Note: The password you enter will be hidden on screen for your protection and will appear as
          dots. This is absolutely normal and does not suggest any mistake on your behalf.


If you work in an environment where you are the only user of that computer, you may check the "Remember me:" checkbox.


Warning: If you choose to use the "Remember me:" checkbox, any person using your computer
              other than you will have automatic access to your account. It is recommended that
              you have a password for your computer if you choose to use the "Remember me:"
              checkbox.


You are now ready to click the “login” button to enter your account.



What if I make a mistake whilst trying to login?


Do not worry when you click "Login" a message will prompt you that you have made a mistake as shown below, and you have the option to correct it prior to continuing into the Distributors Area.


Note: If you made a mistake or omission with your "Username" the message "Invalid
          username" will appear below the "Username" input box. Like wise if you make a mistake
          or omission in the "Password" input box the message "Required Field" will appear below
          the "Password" input box.

Do not worry when you click "Login" a message will prompt you that you have made a mistake as shown below, and you have the option to correct it prior to continuing into the Distributors Area.


If you made a mistake the following messages will appear:


For the "Username" field, the message below the "Username" input box will be "Invalid username", as shown below.



For the “Password” field, the message below the “Password” input box will be “Invalid password”, as shown below.



For omissions the following messages will appear:


For the “Username” field, the message below the “Username” input box will be “Required Field”, as shown below.



For the “Password” field, the message below the “Password” input box will be “Required Field”, as shown below.
